There is an army of chefs working relentlessly to make the hundreds if not thousands of steamed goods that get consumed in the establishment. This is the first sign of authenticity. There is no shroud to hide behind. They are making fresh food. After you sit down, you will then begin the hardest part of the process: choosing what items to order.
