Once boiling, the ingredients can be cooked thoroughly and submerged to your liking. The longer something sits in the boiling broth, the more flavor it will absorb and the more tender the ingredient will become. This is the key to hot pot. Find your favorite ingredient and cook it to your desired texture and flavor!

- Location: Located conveniently in downtown Davis, this is a great spot to eat while out and about. The restaurant is located upstairs, in the E Street Mansion Square.
- Hot Pot: You have to try the hot pot. It’s such an uncommon dish that doesn’t exist in many places. If it does exist, it’s hard to get right and it’s always worth trying. This spot is definitely worth trying.
- Bone Broth: The broth is so rich in flavor! They make their broth by boiling bones for hours in the back. We asked.
- Skewers: Try the meat skewers! They are very delicious and make for good shareables with friends or groups!
