While we love our hometown of Davis, sometimes stepping out can lead to incredible discoveries—and our recent trip to J.J. Pfister Distillery was just that. Conveniently located only 30 minutes from Davis, this award-winning distillery produces everything from whiskey to vodka, though tequila is not yet on their roster. But who knows what the future holds?
J.J. Pfister offers something unique to our region. Traditionally, distilleries of this caliber are found in southern parts of the U.S., but we’re lucky to have one right here. And the local connection runs deep—their team boasts over 12 UC Davis degrees! This family-owned company with Davis roots has earned its place as the official spirit partner of My Davis California.
